Harlan Bakeries, Inc., (HBI) exhibited at the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas, held August 15 – 18, 2004

Avon, Indiana -The IBIE is held every three years and is co-sponsored by the American Bakers Association (ABA) and the Baking Industry Suppliers Association (BEMA). The IBIE draws a worldwide audience of wholesale bakers, supermarket in store bakers, large and small retail bakers, and foodservice bakers. Nearly 25,000 domestic and international baking professionals attended the 2004 exposition.

HBI showcased Bagels, Crème and Meringue Pies and Angel Food Cakes. Products were cut and sampled by many visitors of the show. All the Sales staff agreed the IBIE was a very busy show.

Harlan Bakeries, Inc., established in 1991, produces Harlan Bigger Better Bagels and Harlan Giant Gourmet Bagels brands, private-label bagels, contract manufacturing, and products for in-store bakeries.
