Traditional Kosher water bagels are the foundation product of Harlan Bakeries.  Now Harlan offers a full line from the traditional New York Style, 4 oz. kosher bagel, with a chewy bite; a 3.5 oz. Soft Bagel baked with the same integrity, but with a softer chew; and our1.4 oz.
